Grinnell's Favorite Nutrition Spot
Handcrafted shakes, wholesome energy bars, and real nutrition made right here on Commercial Street. No shortcuts, no artificial nonsense — just good food for good people.
Our Story
Uptown Nutrition started with a simple idea: what if a nutrition shop actually cared about what went into every shake and bar? We opened our doors on Commercial Street to serve Grinnell with products we'd feel good about eating ourselves.
Every shake is blended fresh. Every energy bar is crafted in small batches. We source clean proteins, real nuts, and natural sweeteners — because your health isn't something to compromise on, and it shouldn't taste like it either.
What We Offer
From post-workout recovery to a midday pick-me-up, we've got something that fits your routine — and your taste buds.
High-protein, low-sugar shakes blended to order. Choose from a range of flavors or build your own with real fruit, nut butters, and your choice of protein.
Handcrafted bars packed with oats, nuts, seeds, and natural sweeteners. Perfect for on-the-go fuel without the artificial aftertaste.
Thick, creamy smoothie bowls loaded with toppings — granola, fresh fruit, coconut, and more. A satisfying meal or indulgent treat.
Curated selection of vitamins, superfoods, and pantry staples. We only stock what we'd use ourselves — quality you can trust.
Why Uptown Nutrition
No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. If we can't pronounce it, it's not going in your shake.
Every shake is made to order, right in front of you. Nothing sits around — you get the freshest possible product every time.
Small-batch energy bars, thoughtful flavor combinations, and a genuine investment in every product we put out.
We're part of Grinnell's commercial corridor and take pride in being a neighborhood staple you can count on.
